About me
How I got into UX?
Previously, I worked as a QA Analyst for an e-commerce store, I spent a lot of time monitored and improved the quality of the web content and customer service. I also worked in the Marketing field, it helped me developed a deep understanding of business needs and made data-driven decisions. Because I’ve always had a strong interest in visual design, I decided to transfer my years of QA/CX experiences and passion for visual design into the UX world.
What I'm currently working on
One of my significant responsibility working as UX Designer at Oracle is designing and migrating existing web content with new design system and Oracle Content Management tool. The part I enjoying the most is playing with different layouts and components to improve the flow of the website.
What I like to do outside of work...
I like to go explore the nature, hang out with my friend, doing some yoga/workout, watching Korean dramas, having a quality rest day is really important for me to refresh myself.
